Mr. Swigger is the President of Applied Decisions, a consulting company. Mr. Swigger has been in the data processing industry since 1966; he established Applied Decisions on 1980. Mr. Swigger is currently a partner in Applied Decisions USA in the United States and Applied Decisions International, in the United Kingdom. He received his education at the University of Houston. Mr. Swigger attributes his success to his humble beginnings, determination, and persistence. He and his wife, Sharon, have two children: Mary and David.
